I took this image from a moving car. I had to crop the image tight because I had caught some of the window frame on the right side of the image. I got lucky when the biker look over at me the second I took the picture. I thought his eye contact and expression add a lot to the image. We were going about 60 mph and if you look closely you can see his beard is getting blown back by the wind. It was an overcast day so that helped keep down the hot spots. Spot removal was necessary to clean up the background. I took out a telephone pole and a distracting white post.

I really like this image, especially the motion on his beard. One thing I would try is to crop it above the wheels, IMHO it will accentuate the guy's expression, flying beard and in addition, create more space in front of the subject.
