- Mark Battista's Critique: The colors of the flowers really pops of the light plain background. Nice use of symmetry to balance the image. One option to try is to crop the image right where the silver part of the vase meets the checkered part. If the checkered part of the vase is cropped out, the beauty of the flowers really is emphasized.
