- DESCRIPTION AND SETTINGS : A pride of 2 males and 3 females had a lot of Spring Break Sex over two days. She initiated the event, which turned out to be pretty much just wham-bam. Looks like she might light up a cigarette, if she had one. Nikon D60, 230mm with 70-300mm lens, ISO400, f5.6, 1/500.
- Judge's Critique: The image title helps tell the story, but does the title make it a better photograph? The closest paw seems to be in focus and the face and head seems a little soft. The image is also flat (lacking contrast). This is a fun photograph to share with an interesting story to tell. It would be great to have in a series of photographs in a book about the photographer’s travels. But; does it belong in a photo contest? Not necessarily.
