I capture this image one early morning at Fairchild Gardens . F/4, 1/250 sec, ISO 160
- Judge's Critique: On quick glance, this image is very eye-catching. However the part that is severely out-of-focus on the right side forces me to lower the score because it is just too far out-of-focus. If this could have been shot in a different way to eliminate that issue, the score would have been much higher. Instead of f4 at 250, perhaps it could have been shot at f5.6 at 125 or even at f8 at 60 (if you have a VR lens or have a very steady hand LOL).
