- DESCRIPTION AND SETTINGS : This is a collection of Bonne Maman jelly jars. They are all empty except for the one. This was shot out of doors with setting sunlight. It was shot from above using a tall step ladder.

- Mark Battista's Critique: Outstanding use of side light, shadows and reflections. The one lone jar on its side provides relief from the repetitive shape and colors of the covers. Also note how that jar was not placed in the center of the image, but up toward the upper right. Again it gives a wonderful sense of variation to the composition.
