By submitting images to KCC for competitions, galleries, or promotional purposes, you grant KCC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Display images on the website

• Use images in club promotions

• Share images in newsletters and social media

Photographers retain full copyright ownership.

6. Payments & Refunds

Event fees and membership dues are subject to posted refund policies at time of registration.

KCC reserves the right to modify or cancel events.
