Capture the essence of minimalism by focusing on simplicity and using minimal elements to create striking images.
1. Composition
- Use the rule of thirds.
- Include negative space to highlight your subject.
2. Subject and Background
- Focus on a single, simple subject.
- Use plain or textured backgrounds without distractions.
3. Color and Light
- Stick to a limited color palette or monochrome.
- Use natural light and shadows to add depth.
4. Patterns and Angles
- Incorporate geometric shapes and repetitive patterns.
- Experiment with high/low angles and close-ups.
5. Post-Processing
- Simplify the image with desaturation and increased contrast.
- Crop to remove unnecessary elements.

All entries must be no larger than 20” vertical x 24” horizontal and no smaller than 8” x 8”. Mats may be no larger than 20” vertical x 24” horizontal and no smaller than 8” x 8”. Unusual-sized or shaped entries are acceptable, but their maximum dimension may not exceed 20” vertical x 24” horizontal, and their minimum dimension must exceed 8”.

THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED FILE SIZE IS 15 MB
This image MUST BE RENAMED with the same name as the Title of The Entry.
Example: If the title is "Miami Skyline" the file name should be: Miami Skyline.jpg
