- DESCRIPTION AND SETTINGS : This photo was taking in Washington DC, It was a very windy and cold day in March 7, 2020. The sky was an intensive blue with puffy clouds and I simply position myself with my Iphone to find a nice composition.
- Judge's Critique: Great shot! I love the trees framing the monument and the great blue sky. I might have preferred to not have the trees in front of the bottom of the monument, however, this has a nice impact.
