- DESCRIPTION AND SETTINGS : This image was taken at the recent Veterans Day observance at Veterans Wayside Park in Pinecrest. These Webelos were about to participate in the flag raising ceremony to start the day's events. The Scout with the red shoes is carefully cradling the America flag which was to be raised.
- Judge's Critique: Nice, pleasant people portrait. Facial expressions are mostly nice and happy. Very well framed and exposed. Could not be done better.
