  • DESCRIPTION AND SETTINGS : This is one of the many pictures I took of the Alhambra Palace in Granada, Spain. The entire palace is texture paradise.
  • Judge's Critique: Nice shot but it lacks just a bit of “punch”. I would suggest playing with the curves here to increase the contrast a bit, but without losing detail in the shadows.  I believe that this could be done.  It does show texture, but the predominance of texture could be enhanced.
