Miami Metro Zoo, Nikon D3s. 70-200 lens @ 160mm, ISO 200 f/5, 1/200. Flash fired at -0.7 to lift shadows and create an eye-catch.
Edited with On1 software. - Judge's Critique: The flash reveals the bird but also brightens the vegetation at the same level. With that, there’s no separation or depth-of-field which would create a very intriguing photo.
