- DESCRIPTION AND SETTINGS : These are two of several orchids in a string at the Denver Botanic Gardens. Each seems to look like an alien face wearing an elaborate gown. The background of long green leaves was smudged to bring it out of focus behind the flowers and the photo was cropped to remove the rest of the string of orchids. There was some retouching with a stamp tool to remove a few wilted areas. Photoshop and Topaz deNoise AI were used as this is a close up of a zoomed photo. Nikon D5600 was used with zoom lens and on automatic.
