DESCRIPTION AND SETTINGS :
I set the camera for 1/30 second and moved the camera as I took the shot.
I like the patterns and color play of the tree lights when blurred. - Judge's Critique: Matt Stock: Excellent use of light painting! I love the contrast of the out of focus tree and the sharp relief of the light trails.
