- DESCRIPTION AND SETTINGS : I have always wanted to get a photo of a lady bug. This one was walking on a leaf in my yard and was at a good angle and good light. and luckily, I also had my camera with a 100mm macro lens handy.
- Judge's Critique: Looking for Aphids: Common composition for an insect. The leaf seems to be sharper than the ladybug. A tighter crop, a little more depth of field, and a better focus on the ladybug's head would have strengthened the shot.
