Nikon today introduced the NIKKOR Z 28-75mm f/2.8, a new standard zoom for its full-frame mirrorless Z cameras. The company also announced development of the NIKKOR Z 800mm f/6.3 VR S. NIKKOR Z 28-75mm f/2.8 The new zoom is an alternative to two existing zooms in the Nikon Z system—the NIKKOR Z 24-70mm f/2.8 S and the NIKKOR Z 24-70mm f/4 S—with a few key differentiations. From a size and weight perspective, the new NIKKOR Z 28-75mm f/2.8 falls between the two current lenses.
