The post dPS Bi-Weekly Photo Challenge – Panning appeared first on Digital Photography School. It was authored by Sime. We tried this one a few years back, so it’s time to try it again and also introduce our new members to it, too. Panning is a technique where you move the camera as you press the shutter button. The resulting photos feature a beautiful streaked blur. I had to reinstall the Lightroom app on my iPhone recently and noticed a new screen after I logged in, and I wanted to give anyone subscribed to the Photography Plan a heads up.
