The post Sigma to Produce Nikon Z-Mount Lenses in 2023 appeared first on Digital Photography School. It was authored by Jaymes Dempsey. Mirrorless cameras offer a host of flashy features – high-resolution electronic viewfinders, intelligent autofocus modes, and lightning-fast continuous-shooting speeds, to name just three – but for many Nikon users, major reasons to stick with DSLRs include the breadth, depth, and cost of the lens lineup.  Don’t get me wrong; Nikon offers an excellent mirrorless lens lineup, which features some of the sharpest, fastest, and most innovative models the company has ever produced. While there are extreme cameras out there that offer things like ultra-high levels of resolution or super-fast burst rates, for the majority of photographers, they are a bit of overkill. Cameras with more moderate specifications and features will satisfy the needs of most of today's photographers, and two of the best options out there are the Canon EOS R6 Mark II and the Sony a7 IV. This great video comparison takes a look at both to help you decide which is right for you. [ Read More ]Original link(Originally posted by Alex Cooke)
Photo By Max Foster The Black Hills of South Dakota cover 1.2 million acres of forested hills and mountainous landscapes. With expansive pine forests, rugged rock formations, streams, lakes and more, the Black Hills offer a variety of recreation opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts. One of the most visually striking areas lies within Custer State Park and is known as the Needles. With soaring granite spires, pinnacles and towers, the Needles are a stark contrast to the forest below. There are several hiking trails in the area, but the Cathedral Spires trail is a moderate hike with breathtaking views. Leading to a small flat forested area with pinnacles on all sides, this trail is a must-hike. Weather At The Needles The weather...
