Get Together February 2026

Join us for a relaxed and engaging evening at the Kendall Camera Club as we come together to talk photography, answer your questions, and share ideas. We’ll also briefly discuss some exciting changes coming next year.

Dustin will bring his laptop and lead a short Lightroom tutorial, including how to fix common issues like color casts and how to use the proofing feature to prepare images for printing.

The get together will follow our usual informal format, with plenty of time for conversation and sharing. As always, we encourage everyone to bring one or two images you’d like to show and tell us the story behind them. If you have photos that were previously critiqued and would like to revisit the feedback, feel free to bring those along as well.

To kick things off, Dustin will share his “magenta cast” image as an ice breaker and walk us through how to correct color issues in Lightroom. Rolando recently mentioned a helpful proofing feature that allows you to preview your image before printing, and we’ll explore that as part of the demonstration before opening things up for discussion and questions.

This is a wonderful opportunity — especially for newer members — to ask questions, gain insights from our more experienced photographers, and learn in a supportive environment.
